本案作為一處老宅改造項(xiàng)目，不僅要滿足業(yè)主裝潢翻新的要求，更要滿足家中每個(gè)成員的“記憶”需求。

由于本案在我們接手時(shí)已經(jīng)經(jīng)過(guò)一定程度的拆解與設(shè)計(jì)，但業(yè)主不是太滿意，為了更好地劃分功能區(qū)與風(fēng)格定位，二合永設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)首先要做的就是統(tǒng)一家庭各成員之間的意見(jiàn)。

從上圖可知，由大門入口至通往二樓的樓梯，長(zhǎng)條形的挑空似一條又高又長(zhǎng)的走道，將一樓客廳空間擠壓縮小，給人以局促的感覺(jué)。

為了解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題，首先，二合永設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)采用大面積天然大理石鋪就電視背景墻，舒緩了空間狹促之感，平添一份清雅質(zhì)感。

其次，為了營(yíng)造空間的整體性和恢弘氣勢(shì)，二合永設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)將二樓書(shū)房的實(shí)體墻打掉（原本是一間封閉的臥室），書(shū)房隔斷以美人靠的方式向外擴(kuò)張一部分，這樣既為一樓客廳附加了面積，加上二樓茶室、書(shū)房、走廊三面隔斷鏤空設(shè)計(jì)，又營(yíng)造出空間整體開(kāi)闊大氣的氣勢(shì)。

Secondly, in order to create the integrity and grandeur of the space, the Erheyong design team knocked out the physical wall of the second floor study (originally a closed bedroom), and the study partition expanded outwards in a beautiful way. The area is added to the living room on the first floor, and the tea room, the study room and the corridor on the second floor are cut off and designed to create a space that is open to the outside world.
