02.廚房&餐廳 | Kitchen & Dining Room

業(yè)主夫妻熱愛料理烹飪，喜歡喝茶、咖啡，希望廚房有足夠的收納空間，能夠放下各地淘來的廚具、餐具、茶杯等。原始的廚房面積僅有4m2，利用通道重疊功能，打造出全新的餐廚空間。The owner and his wife love cooking. They like to drink tea and coffee. So they hope that the kitchen has enough storage space to put away the kitchen utensils, tableware, tea cups, etc. bought from all over the world. The original kitchen area is only 4m2. We will use the channel overlap function to create a brand-new dining and kitchen space.

03.客廳 | Living Room

整空間的墻面、天花統(tǒng)一采用藝術(shù)漆，讓視線更加開闊避免壓抑。整個(gè)陽臺朝向西方，傍晚陽光充足，利用墻面略深的色調(diào)及質(zhì)感，柔和光線，降低陽光在空間中的漫反射。We uniformly use artistic paint for the walls and ceilings of the entire space to make the sight more open and avoid depression. The entire balcony faces the west and is sunny in the evening. We use the slightly darker tone and texture of the wall to soften the light to reduce the diffuse reflection of sunlight in the space.

納入室內(nèi)的陽臺做了35cm的地臺墊高，增加功能實(shí)用性，當(dāng)有更多的朋友到訪時(shí)，可用作會(huì)客的坐凳，也可用作落地窗旁一起欣賞夕陽西下的地臺。We made a 35cm height for the indoor balcony to increase the functionality and practicality. When more friends visit, it can be used as a stool to meet guests, or as a platform next to the floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the sunset.

04.臥室 | Bedroom極窄邊框門的使用，在狹小的空間中，極大限度地弱化了門套線；整個(gè)房屋暗藏踢腳線，同樣能夠彌補(bǔ)層高不足的缺點(diǎn)。We use a very narrow frame door, in a small space, greatly weakened the door line. We hide the skirting in the whole house, which can also make up for the shortcomings of insufficient floor height.

考慮到飄窗不可拆除，臥室面積受限，主臥將飄窗穿插變成了梳妝臺和收納展示的臺面，對飄窗部分進(jìn)行最大化利用。Considering that the bay window cannot be removed and the bedroom area is limited, we interspersed the bay window in the master bedroom into a dressing table and storage display countertop, and maximized the use of the bay window.

05.多功能區(qū) | Multifunctional Area將次臥作為家里暫時(shí)的休閑娛樂空間，利用不可拆除的飄窗，銜接地臺，設(shè)計(jì)了一整墻的收納柜，增加了空間的使用頻率和實(shí)用性，三五好友，也可以坐在階梯上聊天暢談。We use the second bedroom as a temporary recreational space at home. By using the non-removable bay window to connect the grounding platform, we designed a whole wall storage cabinet to increase the frequency and practicality of the space. When a friend is visiting, everyone can also sit on the stairs and chat.

夫妻倆預(yù)計(jì)2年后會(huì)要寶寶，次臥可變成保姆照顧嬰兒的休息空間，臺階的互動(dòng)性，也可讓觀望嬰兒的好友們圍坐在此。The couple expect to have a baby in 2 years. So the second bedroom can be turned into a resting space for the nanny to take care of the baby. The interactive nature of the steps also allows friends who are watching the baby to sit around here.

06.衛(wèi)生間 | Bathroom由于衛(wèi)生間四周布滿了承重墻，我們將生活陽臺與其聯(lián)通，打造出集家政、盥洗、淋浴等為一體的空間。利用三聯(lián)動(dòng)滑?將空間干濕分區(qū)，洗漱后，即可在此處完成洗衣、晾曬、折疊等一系列動(dòng)作。Since the bathroom is surrounded by load-bearing walls, we connect the living balcony with it to create a space integrating housekeeping, washing, and showering. 07.燈光 | Lighting燈光也是本項(xiàng)目的重點(diǎn)，全屋采用無主燈設(shè)計(jì)。利用藍(lán)牙控制整屋燈光，迎合家中的使用情況，各種模式隨意切換。Lighting is also the focus of this project. We use no main light design throughout the house. We use Bluetooth to control the lights of the whole house, which can cater to the usage in the home. At the same time, using Bluetooth can switch various modes at will.

客廳中的落地?zé)簦窃诒本┑馁I手店淘來的意大利中古燈具。比起照明，它更像一件裝置藝術(shù)，一個(gè)個(gè)方格子，更像建筑里的開窗，充滿生機(jī)與好奇感。The floor lamp in the living room is a middle-aged Italian lamp purchased from a buyer’s store in Beijing. It is more like an installation art than lighting. The squares are more like windows in buildings, full of vitality and curiosity.
