過去的幾十年間，在城市迅猛發展下，人們對于工作生活質量改善的需求也更為迫切。面對萬科西南區域總部在商業與生活的高水準要求，峻佳設計在流動柔和的建筑形體中，將「城市花園」與「綠色辦公空間」隨下沉的中心景觀的主題一直向內延伸，試圖在傳統CBD的基礎上對其進行了「顛覆性設計」，創造出探索未來生態科技的未來辦公體驗。

With a significant urban development in the past few decades, it proceeds a huge innovation of improving office environment, especially for Vanke’s Southwest Region Headquarters who has been industrial-known as high-level requirements. Karv One Design adapts the theme of “urban garden” and “biophilic space” in this circular architecture with a central sunken landscape, carrying out a “subversive design” on the basis of traditional CBD to create a future office experience that explores future ecological technology.

設計師們用故事線對品牌與時代精神進行有機串聯，結合建筑的形態特點，以空間-業態的綜合打造彰顯成都高新創合中心的時代價值。

The design has connected the brand with times spirit, combined architectural features, and demonstrated the era value of Chengdu Co-innovation and Cooperation Center with the comprehensive creation of space and business format.

在垂直縱深感極強的接待大堂中，設計師希望創造一個擁有自然舒適感的高端社交空間。親生物性設計原則下，多個以樹為中心的圓形休息區錯落地分布于大堂之中，讓生態重塑人們的空間感受，進一步打破人與人之間的隔閡感。

In the reception lobby with a strong sense of vertical depth, the design hopes to create a high-end social space with natural comfort. Under the principle of biophilic design, multiple tree-centered circular rest areas are scattered in the lobby, allowing ecology to reshape people’s spatial experience and further break the sense of estrangement between people.

巨大的建筑立柱以不銹鋼材質包裹，以未來氛圍消解其巨大體量感。入口從大堂中間切入，接待臺后以幾何狀的橫條格柵與玻璃框架中的植物相切合，引入更為豐富的生態風貌。

The huge building columns are wrapped in stainless steel, dispelling the sense of its huge volume with a futuristic atmosphere. The entrance is cut from the middle of the lobby, and the geometric horizontal grille behind the reception desk is in line with the plants in the glass frame, introducing a richer ecological style.

公共功能區被有機組織在一個長長的通透地帶的軸線周邊，帶來視覺上的開闊與通透感。人與空間體量的對比也由此產生，古典而莊重的恢弘敘事被積極地引入進來，追溯到知識的源頭，人們在廣場上用思維的碰撞帶來文明的火花。

The hall area is organically organized around the axis of a long transparent zone, bringing a sense of visual openness. The volume between the contrast of people and space is produced, and the classical and solemn grand narrative is actively introduced. With the sense of technology Zen, the hall brings out a speculative square which has expressed the spark of business civilization.

每座城市都擁有自己獨特的DNA印記，成都以其多元的開放基因吸引了無數企業與精英的青睞，在公園城市的時代背景之下，融合萬科創新精神的設計表達也是打造重點。

體量不同的幾何符號共同作用組成了表面飾層，帶來神秘的視覺互動，將品牌DNA以強烈的象征主義轉刻出現，從細微處現顯示出城市的進步與品牌的進化。

Every city has its unique DNA imprint. Chengdu has attracted countless enterprises and elites with its global diversity. In the context of park city, the design expression that integrates Vanke’s innovative spirit is also the core point of creation.

The geometric symbols of different volumes work together to form the surface, which brings a mysterious visual interaction, and the brand DNA appears in a strong symbolism, showing the progress of city development and brand evolution.

成都高新創合中心作為高新科技載體，從前期策劃到過程設計、落地施工，峻佳設計不單只是要求功能需求，更加關注整個項目的附加屬性。

As a high-tech carrier, the design for Chengdu Co-innovation and Cooperation Center has not only finished the functional requirements, but also pays more attention to the additional attributes of the entire project, from research & planning to the process of design and construction.

進入到三層，承載了萬科在商辦領域打造的全生態產業服務平臺——星商匯 LAB，傳統的辦公空間設計顯然無法滿足其多元生態需求。裝飾、材料與動線等空間設計，是我們重新定義商務人際距離的線索。

Stepping in the third floor, it carries Xingshanghui LAB, a systematic industry service platform built by Vanke. The traditional office design obviously cannot meet its diverse ecological needs. Design such as decoration, materials and moving lines are the clues for us to redefine the interpersonal distance in business space.

在高新創合中心，峻佳設計創造開放情境下的新型辦公模式，擺脫工作桌的封閉限制，功能區之間的彼此交融，圍繞著一個空間核心，隨時可以展開一個組際或個人之間的創意工作站，鼓勵沒有界限感的思想碰撞，讓創意在一杯咖啡之間自由產生，形成有效的創造對話。

延續建筑雙旋核心的獨特形態，吧臺也以相同的形式展開整個空間，貼合其弧形的辦公洄游動線，會議室、品牌區、共享空間圍繞著社交吧臺依次展開，重置了辦公空間的距離感。

In Co-innovation and Cooperation Center, Karv One Design creates a new office model in an open environment, gets rid of the closed restrictions of work desks, and integrates functional areas with each other. Around a space core, a group or individuals can be launched at any time. The creative workstation encourages the collision of ideas without a sense of boundaries, allowing ideas to be freely generated between a cup of coffee and forming an effective creative dialogue.

Responding to the unique double-spin shape of the building, the bar also fits its arc-shape into the office migratory line, from conference rooms, brand areas, to the shared spaces, resetting the sense of distance in office space.

無論處于哪個功能分區，正在進行思維風暴的合作伙伴們，都能輕松在此進行工作到生活的切換。以此模糊空間的界限，重塑人在場所的新感受，以未來科技與禪意生態美學的設計手法鏈接城市以外的價值。

未來在哪？未來就在眼前，巨大的鏡面將嵌在原石格柵LED屏上下映射，以震撼人心的對稱美學打造多維的立體場景體驗，突顯高新區的未來區域價值，轉換人與空間、城市之間的體驗關系。

No matter which function area they are in, partners who are in the process of brainstorm can easily switch from work to life here. In this way, it blurs the boundaries of space, reshapes the business atmosphere, and links the developing values with the design method of future technology and Zen ecological aesthetics.

Where is the future? The future is at hand, huge mirrors will be embedded in the original stone grille LED screen to map up and down, creating a multi-dimensional scene experience with shocking symmetrical aesthetics, highlighting the future regional value of high-tech zone, and transforming the experience between people, space and city.

不同于公共辦公區域，會議室在空間上的相對封閉營造了一種思維熔合的特殊情境，信息的交匯更加具有導向性。大會議室的門口，帶有淡淡金屬光澤的陽極氧化鋁板陣列式地排列于門口，雙向開合的進出模式帶來科幻電影中的「穿透感」。

Different from the common area, the relatively closed space of the conference room creates a special situation of thinking fusion, and the exchange of information is more oriented. At the entrance of the large conference room, anodized aluminum plates with a light metallic luster are arranged in an array at the entrance, and the two-way opening and closing mode brings the “penetration” in science fiction movies.

幾何圖形間的“沖突-融合”在地面空間一直延伸向墻面的原始粗糲，為頭腦間的風暴創造相融式的“禪思”智慧力場。

The “conflict-fusion” between geometric figures extends all the way to the primitive roughness of the wall in the ground space, creating a fusion-style “zen-thinking” wisdom force field for the storm between the minds.

金屬帶來的未來感超越了時空的界限，色彩與造型上的超前性帶來現在視角上的無垠想象。穿梭于走廊之間，似穿越進入未來星際艦體之中，構成沉浸式的探索體驗。

The futuristic sense brought by metal transcends the boundaries of time and space, and the advance in color and shape brings the boundless imagination of current perspective. Walking through the hall is like crossing into the future interstellar hull, forming an immersive exploration experience.

以摩斯電碼作為形式的演繹靈感，長短的矩陣排列，模擬數字化通信形式，在源自亙古的原石材料下傳遞穿越時空的禪意訊息。

Taking source code as the form of interpretation inspiration, the long and short matrix arrangement, the analog and digital communication form, convey the Zen message that travels through time and space under the original stone material from ancient times.

不同的材料語言演繹出多樣的空間氛圍，不同于大會議室的禪思氛圍，全金屬包裹的小會議室被形容為在宇宙中漫游的「先鋒艙體」，貫穿的線條強化其思想上的前進與探索，帶來積極與活躍的思維力場。

設計師不止希望以不同的表面質感演繹多重的辦公場景，更希望賦予空間自由流動的新時代特質。因此場所材質運用上，大膽使用原始石壁與現代不銹鋼進行「空間對撞」，創造「溯源式」的科技感，在材質上以“可觸碰的原始質感”與“可看見的未來方向”尋找源于時代科技中的人文禪意，進而導向思維上的發散與共鳴。

Different material languages interpret various spatial atmospheres. Different from the meditative atmosphere of the large conference room, the all-metal-clad small conference room is described as a “pioneer cabin” roaming in the universe, and the lines running through it strengthen its ideological atmosphere. Advance and explore, bring a positive and active thinking force field.

The design not only interpret multiple office scenes with different surface textures, but also give the space a new era of free flow. Therefore, in the use of materials for the place, we boldly use original stone walls and modern stainless steel to make a space collision and create a “traceable” sense of technology. In terms of materials, we look for touchable original texture and visible future direction. It originates from the humanistic Zen of the technology, and then leads to the divergence and resonance of thinking.

項目四周都被超高層建筑所遮擋，向內庭院擁有較好的景觀面，向內布置的核心筒讓中心景觀能創造跳脫出喧囂城市的幽靜環境并且輻射更多的商業空間。

建筑上采取中心花園下沉的方式，讓落地的玻璃幕墻能引入最好的建筑景觀面，亦能引入更多的自然光照明。多個會議室由此被聯通于弧形走廊中，所有的工作空間都能享受到中庭優美的戶外景觀，通透的工作環境進一步增進了彼此之間的互動與信任，突破物理層面上的限制，大大改善人們的工作生活質量。

Unlike the surrounding of the project blocked by super high-rise buildings, The inner courtyard has a better landscape. The core tube arranged inward allows the central landscape to create a quiet environment that escapes the hustle and bustle from the city and radiate more commercial space.

The building adopts the method of sinking the central garden, so that the floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall can introduce the best architectural landscape and more natural light. Multiple meeting rooms are thus connected in the curved corridor, and all working spaces can enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape of the atrium. The transparent working environment further enhances mutual interaction and trust, breaking through physical limitations, greatly improving the quality of people’s work and life.

進入到新世代工作環境中，人們似乎更愿意在非正式的工作環境中進行協作與溝通，在不同的區域設置可供聚集的空間，讓社交互動在更加愉悅的環境中輕松進行，進一步提高創造力。

綠色、生態與科技，峻佳設計希望進入這座大樓的一瞬間，就能完成內外空間的延伸與轉化，從一塊藏于城市中的綠色棲息地，到展示城市與品牌生態、科技并融的第五立面，滿足大量高新技術企業及人才帶來的年輕活力、共享交流的特征需求。

Entering the new-generation office environment, people seem to be more willing to collaborate and communicate in informal work environments, and set up gathering spaces in different areas to make social interactions easier in a more pleasant environment, further enhancing creativity.

Karv One Design hopes to complete the extension and transformation of the internal and external space the moment people entering the building, from a green habitat hidden in the city to a showcase of the city and the brand’s ecology and technology attitude, to meet the characteristic needs of youthful vitality brought by a large number of high-tech enterprises and talents.
