The project is a brick-concrete house built in 1970s, with a wooden roof structure. It belongs to the non-protected residential area in Nanjing Historical Reserve of the Republic of China. With the change of the city, it is waiting for the arrival of a new owner. As a “school district room” with a history of more than 50 years, it is the new home of Sansan mother, Maomao father and Jiujiu baby. A new chapter of “San Mao Jiu” family is about to begin.

設計師將空間的原始痕跡一點點的剝離，還原最本真的狀態(tài)，尊重建筑，保留肌理，通過“弱設計化”提升空間氛圍感，作為“叁毛玖”迎接美好生活的重要媒介，設計的重點是關注人與空間的生活關系，尊重三口之家的彼此需求，建構舒適的住宅環(huán)境，強調(diào)空間的融合與獨立。藉由雙坡屋頂?shù)膬?yōu)勢增加局部隔層，打破單個空間的封閉，重新組織空間，擴充功能區(qū)域，為三口之家量身定制整體與個體的專屬生活區(qū)，解決開放與封閉的原始結構限制，重塑家的場景化和功能化。

The designer strips the space of its original traces, restores the most genuine state, respects the architecture, preserves the texture, and enhances the sense of space atmosphere through “weak design”, as an important medium for “San Mao Nine” to welcome a better life, the design focuses on the relationship between people and space, respects the mutual needs of a family of three, constructs a comfortable residential environment, and emphasizes the integration and independence of space. The advantages of double-pitched roof can increase the local partition, break the single space’s closure, reorganize the space, expand the functional area, tailor the whole and individual exclusive living areas for a family of three, solve the original structural restrictions of opening and closing, and reshape the scene and function of the home.

有一個理想的房子才是家理想的樣子。一顆老樹佇立于窗前，不知陪伴了這所房子多少年，無疑，二者有著最親密的關系。在屋內(nèi)，設計于朝南面空間設置極佳的視野，站在窗前能將外部風景收入眼底——望向被樹蔭遮擋的白云，飛過空中的鳥兒，樓下悠閑散步的鄰居，百年韻味的建筑輪廓，遠處嘻嘻鬧鬧的街道……將城市變化引入生活空間，種種景色，都等于這間住宅私有，自然給了他們更多的“財富”。

It is the ideal appearance of a home to have an ideal house. An old tree stands in front of the window. I don’t know how many years it has been with this house. Undoubtedly, the two have the closest relationship. Inside the house, it is designed to set up an excellent view towards the south space. Standing in front of the window, you can see the outside scenery – looking at the white clouds blocked by the shade of trees, the birds flying in the air, the neighbors taking a leisurely walk downstairs, the architectural outline with a hundred years of charm, the faraway street… It introduces urban changes into the living space. All kinds of scenery are equal to the private ownership of this house, which naturally gives them more “wealth”.

家是一個有溫度的場所，設計需要賦予它更多的平和、愉悅、分享等情感。作為生活最直接的反饋，家不需要約定俗成的風格和看似理智的設計，它應當是家人們釋放情感、找尋自由的寄托。一層是家的主場，以中軸劃分左右兩部分大空間，左側(cè)是開放的餐廚空間，與客廳互通，在這里可以隨時看到一家人的嬉戲的身影。右側(cè)是獨屬于叁叁媽媽、毛毛爸爸的一體化休憩空間。二層則是寶貝玖玖的成長天地。客廳中有個秋千，玖玖會坐在上面搖搖晃晃的長大，童顏笑語，聲聲入心。設計師在公區(qū)留下了大小不一的門洞，這些“通道”放大了家人之間的視覺、聽覺，無論你在哪里，我總能在另一個空間看到你。源源不斷的情感在空間中流露，是屬于家旺盛的生命力。孩子在長大，但家不會變，屬于家人的記憶悄然地保留在每一處。

Home is a place with temperature, and the design needs to give it more feelings such as peace, pleasure and sharing. As the most direct feedback of life, home does not need conventional style and seemingly rational design, it should be the sustenance for family members to release their feelings and seek freedom. The first floor is the main venue of the home, with a central axis dividing the two large spaces on the left and right. The left side is an open dining and kitchen space, which is interconnected with the living room, where the family can be seen playing at any time. On the right side is an integrated rest space exclusively belonging to Sansan mother and Maomao father. The second floor is the growth world of Jiujiu baby. There is a swing in the living room. Jiujiu will sit on it and grow up unsteadily, smiling and talking with childlike faces. The designer left doorways of different sizes in the common area, these “channels” amplify the visual and auditory senses between family members, no matter where you are, I can always see you in another space. The constant outpouring of emotions in the space is the exuberant vitality of the family. Children are growing up, but their families will not change, and the memories belonging to their families are quietly kept in every place.
