我們根據(jù)老屋改動(dòng)的可能性出了6版平面規(guī)劃，逐一進(jìn)行生活方式的討論，最終定下了最大膽的一版，需要移位馬桶，對(duì)于老房改造來(lái)說(shuō)，技術(shù)和施工上也是難度最大的一版。我們和馬桶廠家以及施工團(tuán)隊(duì)反復(fù)溝通討論，確認(rèn)可行性，最終打造了最開(kāi)闊的公區(qū)，廚房開(kāi)放、客餐廳一體……屋主想要的美好盡都實(shí)現(xiàn)，連鄰居都表示想抄作業(yè)。項(xiàng)目施工的時(shí)候，鄰居們經(jīng)常討論「這么個(gè)房子，怎么值得你們花這些心思去改造」，完工后鄰居大媽進(jìn)來(lái)參觀了一圈，問(wèn)了設(shè)計(jì)費(fèi)，表示想做一個(gè)一模一樣的設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)改變了生活態(tài)度，這讓我覺(jué)得一切折騰都值得。

When the project was being constructed, the neighbors often discussed “such a house, why is it worth all this effort for you to remodel it”, and when it was completed one of the neighbors came in for a tour and asked about the design fee, saying she wanted to do the same design. The design changed the attitude of life, which made me feel that it was worth all the effort.

屋主夫婦都是自由職業(yè)，待在家的時(shí)間特別多，三歲的女兒也需要比較多的空間來(lái)活動(dòng)玩耍。他們一致認(rèn)為臥室只是睡覺(jué)的地方，面積寬敞開(kāi)闊舒適的公共區(qū)更重要！而原始戶型正好相反，兩個(gè)臥室向陽(yáng)占據(jù)了較大面積，而正對(duì)廚衛(wèi)空間的餐廳非常的昏暗，甚至沒(méi)有客廳這一說(shuō)。廚衛(wèi)空間更是擁擠老舊混亂。

整個(gè)家以黑白原木的簡(jiǎn)約色調(diào)，打造明亮開(kāi)闊的空間感。為了保證充足的儲(chǔ)物量，整個(gè)房子的墻面幾乎都被征用作為各類收納柜，進(jìn)門的懸浮柜體作為玄關(guān)鞋柜來(lái)使用。依墻打造的柜體都設(shè)計(jì)成純白色，不影響整體空間感還能增加明亮的感覺(jué)，底部懸空的設(shè)計(jì)更顯輕盈。入戶鞋柜和電視柜之間嵌入轉(zhuǎn)角卡座，一張圓桌、一盞吊燈，打造餐廳的陳設(shè)端景，原本沒(méi)有客廳的房子，如今擁有了一體式的餐廳與客廳。

The sunlight from the balcony can enter the living room directly through the passage of the second bedroom, which not only creates a warm atmosphere but also enhances the quality of the space, which gives a beautiful view for the people. 改造后的餐廳正對(duì)廚房門，平日里熱炒的飯菜上桌不用多繞路，美味無(wú)需多等。島臺(tái)的另一側(cè)也可以進(jìn)入客餐廳，備餐時(shí)也能跟家人進(jìn)行互動(dòng)，對(duì)于形影不離的一家三口，廚房都可以變成親子互動(dòng)的空間。轉(zhuǎn)角的皮質(zhì)卡座柔軟舒適，不僅用餐方便，還可以在這里辦公，墻面的軟木板可以貼工作清單，也可以無(wú)聲傳遞家人之間的鼓勵(lì)與愛(ài)意。從廚房看客餐廳，整個(gè)空間十分開(kāi)闊，無(wú)拘無(wú)束；由客餐廳進(jìn)入臥室的動(dòng)線也很流暢。

進(jìn)門右手邊便是廚房，拾階而上，木地板變成水泥自流平，櫥柜全部的純白亮色，頂部還鑲嵌了軟膜光源，整個(gè)空間十分明亮。想要在管道繁多的現(xiàn)況下（都不能拆除）做出舒適的開(kāi)放空間體驗(yàn)感，實(shí)屬不易！我們?cè)谠O(shè)計(jì)時(shí)依形賦勢(shì)，有效的利用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管路去切分活動(dòng)區(qū)域：熱炒、清洗、小電器臺(tái)和操作島臺(tái)一樣不少，洗碗機(jī)，蒸烤箱等廚房電器也一應(yīng)俱全。

During the floor plan stage, our design team communicated with the homeowner and settled on a floor plan for the toilet relocation. After many communications with the toilet manufacturer and construction team, we finally borrowed part of the second bedroom space and the toilet area and shower area were moved to a suitable location. The dry area is arranged on the side of the open kitchen, perfectly separating the wet and dry areas. The entire interior floor plan could be reorganized according to the design mainly because the toilet relocation problem was solved perfectly. The original house was old and the sewage and drainage shared a cast iron pipe with a side drainage, so the toilet, which was initially elevated, could easily be moved at will and cause congestion. Finally, the designer thought of using the crushed toilet commonly which always used in office spaces. After repeatedly confirming the feasibility, the construction team perfectly landed the most open version of the design in the public area, which finally made this open and comfortable home. Shower rooms use glass sliding doors that don’t take up space and bring light into the bathroom. A whole glass wall has also been installed on the side near the second bedroom, with a wooden grille as a finish that not only protects privacy but also brings light and enhances the beauty of the space.
