選址

Siting沈陽(yáng)市鐵西區(qū)是東北老工業(yè)基地，原紅梅味精廠就坐落于此，后經(jīng)改造成為了紅梅文創(chuàng)園其中一座廢棄的老廠房就是谷語(yǔ)項(xiàng)目的前身。經(jīng)過時(shí)間的沉淀，歲月的塵封，仿佛機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的轟鳴依然不絕于耳。在鋼筋水泥的都市里，如何尋找一處凈隅，為心靈尋一休憩之處，品美食、聊私語(yǔ)，是本案設(shè)計(jì)的主旨。Tiexi District of Shenyang City is Northeastern old industrial. The former Hongmei monosodium glutamate factory was located here. It has been transformed into Hongmei cultural and creative park. One of the abandoned old factories is the Guyu project’ old site. After the precipitation of time, years of dust, as if the roar of mechanical rotation is still endless.How to find a quiet corner for the soul as the resting place. The main theme of this design case are tasting delicious food and whispering.

Space池邊人家（入戶）

Residents by the pond（Entrance）曲線回轉(zhuǎn)的水磨石在室內(nèi)蜿蜒，將錯(cuò)落的切片瓦圍繞于玄關(guān)，形成了“池”。“池”邊又有“人家”一戶，玄關(guān)采用藝術(shù)水泥其中開“窗”，原木為“扇”可在四季變換時(shí)移動(dòng)開起，形成不同的景致，讓顧客四季感受變換之美。The curvilinear terrazzo twists and turns in the room, and the scattered sliced tiles surround the porch, forming a “pond”. There’s a family by the pond. The porch is made of art cement,in which the “window” is opened, and the log is the “fan”. It can be moved and opened when the seasons change, forming different sceneries and letting customers feel the beauty of changing seasons.

云上有溪（一層散臺(tái)）

The streams over the clouds（Scattered tables of the first floor）散臺(tái)有流水水幕，棚上為“云”，與吧臺(tái)采用的自然花崗巖相互呼應(yīng)。谷中：品美食、聞茶香、觀云山、聽流水、聊私語(yǔ)。There is water curtain beside the scattered tables, and the “cloud” is on the roof. It echoes with the natural granite used in the bar. In the valley:tasting delicious food, smelling tea, watching clouds mountain, listening to flowing water and whispering.

谷中觀月：（二層散臺(tái)）

Admire the full moon in the valley（Scattered tables of the second floor）入夜提漁“燈”一盞，流影光疏，品酒觀“月”。In the evening, you can pick up a”light” for fishing. You also can taste the wine and admire the moon in the light and shadow.
